Our Commitment to Customer Service Excellence
It is one of the Labour Relations Agency’s values to be responsive to our customers’ needs. To help us achieve this, we embarked on the Customer Service Excellence journey in recent years.
Customer Service Excellence Accreditation
Customer Service Excellence is a nationally recognised standard. It is an independent validation of achievement and is a trademark of the Cabinet Office which is used under licence. It focuses on organisations continuously improving customer service delivery.
