Description - In-Person Event

This session aims to highlight the importance of having inclusive leaders, looking at the ways they can benefit the workplace culture.  We will explore the skills required and how they can be applied in practice.  This is an interactive and reflective seminar designed to give you practical skills and food for thought.

Who should attend

The seminar will be relevant to anyone who has an interest in building their awareness of inclusive leadership in the workplace.  This includes human resource practitioners, trade union representatives, employee representatives, line managers, supervisors, team leaders, employers, or aspiring leaders in the workforce.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this seminar participants will have the tools to:

  • Understand the foundations and benefits of inclusive leadership.
  • Have an awareness of “self” in the leadership role.
  • Improve interpersonal communication.
  • Practically apply the learning to the workplace.
