273 (14) Race Relations (1997 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997
This Order stipulates two dates for when the 1997 Order will come into effect:
1997
30 June 1997 establishes the Commission for Racial Equality and gives it ability to exercise its functions.
4 August 1997 will implement the remaining parts of the 1997 Order.
