No.331 Trade Union Elections and Ballots (Independent Scrutineer Qualifications) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003

 These rules list the types of ballots covered (eg) election of members of the executive, certain officers, maintenance of political fund, mergers and industrial action. The provisions also stimulate the requirements for qualification which must be met by a QIP (Scrutineer).
