These Regulations revolve the 1982 Regulations of the same name Associated Regulations.

The Regulations are designed to regulate the conduct of both employment agencies and employment businesses (as defined) and protect those persons using their services. Amongst other things the Regulations address: fees, restrictions on conditions, requirements regarding identity training and qualifications, unsuitable candidates, charges, agreement to terms, agreement with hirers, information requirements and so on.
