Against the backdrop of the pending Domestic Abuse (Safe Leave) Act, we’ll be discussing our ‘Safe at Home, Safe at Work’ guidance, developed in partnership with the Irish Congress of Trade Unions.  It focuses on how to support employees affected by domestic violence and abuse. This can be of particular importance for LGBTQIA+ employees who may not be ‘out’ to their work colleagues and who may not have family support either.

A great line up of speakers will share their perspective and help us to raise awareness of the issues.
