These Regulations amend the National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2017. The new April date replaces the old October 1 date from now on.

We also offer confidential and impartial conciliation, mediation and arbitration services to help parties resolve issues without needing to go to tribunal.
The Agency is a public body with statutory responsibilities so there is no charge for our services.

This Order further amends the 1989 Order of the same name which specifies a number of persons or bodies as public authorities for certain purposes and provides for persons who are to be treated for such purposes as the employees of some of those authorities.
