These Regulations amend the 1982 Regulations of the same name and address matters such as: records to be maintained by the employer and provisions for monies that exceed SSP in relation to record keeping.

385 Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) (1990 Order) (Commencement No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997
This Order brings into operation, as of 24/8/97, all of the remaining provisions of the 1990 Order and addresses matters of a technical nature regarding repeals etc (eg) Section 117A of the Factories Act (Northern Ireland) 1965.

No. 441 The Labour Relations Agency (Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures) (Jurisdictions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011
This Order comes into operation on 1/1/12 and essentially provides for complaints under Regulation 51 of the Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007 to be covered as a jurisdiction to which the new Labour Relations Agency Code of Practice on Discipline and Grievance will apply.
No 25 The Parental Leave (EU Directive) (Maternity and Parental Leave) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013
These Regulations implement Council Directive 2010/18/EU on the revised framework agreement on parental leave. They amend provisions relating to parental leave in the Maternity and Parental Leave.
No 277 The Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations Northern Ireland 2011
These Regulations, operational from 14/8/11, amend the Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (“the Principal Regulations”) to correct a drafting error in regulation 14 of those Regulations.
