No. 62 The Statutory Maternity Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005
These Regulations amend the 1987 Regulations to provide for continuity of employment in respect of a dismissal where a woman commences a statutory dispute resolution procedure and as a consequence of the procedure is reinstated or re-engaged by her employer (on or after 6/4/05).
No.91 The Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (Amendment of Schedules 2,3 and 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007
This Order amends the statutory dispute resolution procedures by widening the jurisdictions coverage (see schedules 2, 3 and 4) by adding information and consultation representatives of employees in the context of: European Public limited-liability companies, occupational and personal pension schemes and Information and Consultation of Employees.

No 156 The Sex Discrimination Order 1976 (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011
These Regulations amend the Sex Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 (“the 1976 Order”) to give full effect in Northern Ireland to Articles 2(1)(b) (indirect discrimination) and 17(1) (Defence of rights) of Council Directive 2006/54/EC of 5th July 2006 (“the Directive”) on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment of men and women in matters of employment and occupation (recast).
