Labour Relations Agency, Fermanagh Enterprise Ltd and Fermanagh and Omagh District Council to Offer Free ‘Essentials of Employment Legislation’ Event
The Labour Relations Agency, Fermanagh Enterprise Limited and Fermanagh and Omagh District Council have joined forces to offer a free event on the Essentials of Employment Legislation on Tuesday 8 October.
There are 20 places available and it is open to anyone with an interest in or currently working in the area of employment relations. The event will take place from 2pm – 4pm in Enniskillen Business Centre on Lackaghboy Road.
Kellie Cooke, Employment Relations Officer at the Labour Relations Agency said:
"This is a great opportunity for us to extend our services to more people across Northern Ireland and we are grateful to Fermanagh Enterprise Limited for facilitating this event. We are encouraging anyone with an interest in or currently working in an employment relations environment to come along. Our seminar is tailored to meet the needs of existing employers or those considering becoming an employer; the event will also provide practical information and advice that will be relevant to employees with line management responsibilities, and employers who have recently appointed employees or who are considering recruiting new staff."

The Essentials in Employment Legislation event will cover sources of employment law, individual employment rights, and collective employment rights. No prior knowledge of employment law is required.
